Terms & Conditions
The contract is a contract of supply. By placing a booking at Buddha Cars for services, the client is presumed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions
Customers should confirm by email when canceling any pre-booking
Buddha Cars cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by traffic congestion, weather conditions, road works or incidents on road
Unless otherwise instructed by the customers, the chauffeur will travel by the route considered most appropriate on the day
The Company reserves the right (and delegates to its Chauffeurs the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol, or any other substance which causes them to act in a manner which is deemed unreasonable
A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage which in the opinion of the driver amounts to an excessive weight will need to be transported in a suitable vehicle
Customers will be held responsible for any damage to vehicles, fittings or equipment, through negligence or misconduct.
A 15 Minute grace period is allowed on pick-ups other than at airports, waiting time after this time is calculated retrospectively to the original pick-up.
Fares on the following public holidays are charged at double the normal rate: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
Buddha Cars cannot be held responsible for misuse of a business or personal account by the employees or any other individual of the account holder or their agents
The Company (Buddha Cars) reserves the right to use an approved affiliate supplier to fulfill any booking should we deem it necessary
All charges are from ‘Pick up Point’.
Parking fees will be charged at cost.
Meet & Greet Including Parking up to £60 minutes is charged at £15.00. Thereafter Executive is charged at £27.00 per hour / 45p per minute in half hour increments. Non Airport Pick Ups have a 15 minute grace period after which the above charges apply.
Invoice payments are to be made 28 days from the invoice date
Customer agrees not to solicit an existing employee for services.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the booking time will incur a minimum charge
If an agreed Credit Account is not in place prior to the booking an advance or cash payment must be made
Account Customers will be informed of any rate changes one month in advance.
